Are your pieces food safe?
Pieces made for food and drink are marked food safe on their listing and use glazes made for daily use.
Can I put them in the dishwasher?
Hand washing is best for handmade stoneware and keeps glazes looking their best. If a piece is dishwasher safe, its listing says so under Care. Vases and decorative pieces just need a gentle rinse or wipe.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all U.S. states. Shipping is currently a flat rate based on the size of your order, shown in your cart with an estimated delivery date, so there are no surprises at checkout. Every order is packed by hand and tracked. We don't ship internationally at the moment. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Why do pieces sell out?
Every piece is unique, so once it's sold it comes off the shop. New pieces are released in small collections. See a piece in the archive that you're interested in? Request something similar.
Can I return a piece?
Every piece is handmade and one of a kind, so all sales are final. If a piece arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full, with no need to send it back. If it isn't as described, we'll send you a prepaid label within 7 days of delivery and refund you in full once it's back with us. See Shipping & Returns for details.
