This policy explains what information we collect when you visit clceramics.com or buy from us, and how we use it. By using the site, you agree to this policy and our Terms.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and what you bought.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and we never see or store your full card number; we receive only limited information such as the card type and last four digits. Stripe also uses information about your device and purchase to prevent fraud, as described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- When you contact us: what you send us by email.
- When you browse: through cookies, pixels and similar technologies, information such as your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, the pages and pieces you view, what you add to your cart, and how you arrived at the site.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, and to send you order and delivery updates.
- To keep the site working, secure and fast, and to prevent fraud.
- To understand how visitors use the site (analytics), so we can improve it.
- To advertise our work, including showing ads to people who have visited the site, and to measure how well those ads work.
- To send news and new releases if you sign up, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To keep the records we need for taxes and accounting, and to comply with the law.
Advertising and analytics
We may work with advertising and analytics partners that use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to collect information from this site and from other websites and apps. They use it to measure our ads and site traffic and to show you ads that may interest you, including on their own platforms.
You can limit this kind of advertising at any time:
- block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the cookie settings on our site where offered;
- opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org;
- adjust the ad settings on the social media and search platforms you use; or
- email us and we’ll stop using your information for advertising.

Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the shop, such as payment processing (Stripe), website hosting, email delivery and shipping carriers, and with the advertising and analytics partners described above. We may also share information if the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@clceramics.com. We may keep order records where the law requires it, for example for taxes.
Keeping it safe
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above and take reasonable steps to protect it. No website can be completely secure, so please let us know if you have concerns.
Children
Our site is meant for adults and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date at the top.
